Abstract Background Bronchiectasis is a chronic pulmonary disease characterized by widened, malformed bronchi, with profuse expectoration and impaired quality of life. COPD ILD are common co-morbidities bronchiectasis. Methods The present study evaluated the clinical, laboratory& radiological characteristics with/without A hospital-based, retrospective was conducted for 1 year. Results total 101 patients were analyzed, 60 had COPD, 34 7 bronchiectasis without or ILD. It noticed that, out analyzed patients, 10 developed (16.7%) versus10 (29.4%).
